SENA Phase 1 provided HDC with an opportunity to undertake user research to develop the digital communication sent from the Council to our Clinically Extremely Vulnerable citizens. We did this by adopting the agile sprint methodology with a service design and digital product development agency, Unboxed. SENA Phase 1 – Working with SAVVI
