This is the second in a series of post where we will be publishing the detailed outputs from Phase 2 of the SENA Project. During the project we engaged with the residents who would be users of our proposed service as well as workers in the community sector who would also be users of the service. Our conversations were wide ranging as we had a lot of ground to cover to help understand where and how our digital solution could support our residents as well as how we would keep it up to date and useful.
The condensed output from all of the service design work across the 4 sprints is detailed in the service design report below and the final version of the service blueprint is published on this publicly accessible MIRO board.
